We are absolutely thrilled to announce a significant achievement for our students at Evoluer. After completing our comprehensive six-month e-commerce training program, three of our students have secured positions with Amazon. This is a monumental step forward, not only for these individuals but also for the broader movement towards inclusivity in the workplace.
A Transformative Training Experience
Our journey began with 12 dedicated students embarking on a rigorous six-month e-commerce training program with Evoluer. This program was meticulously designed to blend practical skills with theoretical knowledge, ensuring that each student was equipped with the tools needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market. The curriculum was comprehensive, covering all facets of e-commerce, and was delivered through a mix of hands-on training and interactive learning.
Real-World Experience: Paid Internships
Upon completing the training, each student participated in a one-month paid internship at three Amazon warehouses in Gurgaon. This hands-on experience was crucial, allowing them to apply their newly acquired skills in a real-world setting. Our dedicated Job Coach was by their side every step of the way, providing unwavering support and guidance throughout their internships. The presence of our Job Coach ensured that students had the assistance they needed to navigate their roles effectively and build confidence in their abilities.
A Proud Moment: Job Placements
We are beyond proud to share that three out of the 12 students have been selected for permanent positions with Amazon. This achievement is not just a testament to the hard work and dedication of these students, but also a reflection of the exceptional quality of our training program. Securing jobs at a global leader like Amazon is a clear indicator of how well our program prepares students for success in major corporations.
