Evoluer Solutions is proud to collaborate with Microsoft on the Microsoft Enabler Program. This program pioneers disability inclusive workplaces by removing the barriers for a more diverse workforce, building digital skills and providing learning path for industry leading skillsets that improves and increases the employability of people with disabilities.The first of its kind, the Microsoft Enabler Program provides cloud & AI training for PwDs, accessibility education for employer partners, and inclusive hiring from non-profit organizations supporting PwDs.
Organizations committed to the program will receive training from the Non-Profit organizations (NPOs) to become inclusive employers, and these businesses will in turn provide job shadowing, internships, mentoring and opportunities in tech jobs for PwDs identified by the NPO’s. Microsoft will provide industry required training in cloud & artificial intelligence, as well as a platform for all three to collaborate towards an inclusive future for every person.
This mission perfectly aligns with Evoluer Solutions’ own Employability Program, which is committed to holistically developing employability skills among neurodiverse individuals. Our shared goal is to create equal employment opportunities, empowering individuals to achieve their ambitions without obstacles.
